Enter Name of the County where Grantor's signature is to be acknowledged or a
blank line, if unknown at this time.
{!GRANTORS_NAMES}
Enter the names of the grantors to be shown in the multiple-party signature
acknowledgment. The names should be separated by commas with an 'and' before
the last one.
{!GRANTOR_HE/SHE}
Enter the appropriate pronoun for the grantor for which a separate acknowledg-
ment is required.
{!GRANTOR_HIS/HER}
Enter the appropriate pronoun for the grantor for which a separate acknowledg-
ment is required.
{!GRANTOR_NAME}
This entry may be repeated as often as necessary to provide the appropriate
number of lines for the Grantors' signatures. Each time it is repeated it
will display for you the last grantor's name entered.
{!OFFICER_HE/SHE}
This entry is for the pronoun referring to the corporate officer who executes
the deed for a corporate grantor. Enter the word 'he' or 'she'.
{!OFFICER_NAME}
Enter the name of the President or Vice-President who will execute the deed
for the Corporate Grantor. It must be an officer of the company with auth-
ority to execute deeds.
{!OFFICER_TITLE}
Enter 'President', 'Vice-President' or other title of the corporate officer
executing the deed for the corporation.
{!STATE_NAME}
Enter Name of State where Grantor's signature is to be acknowledged or a blank
line if unknown at this time.
{>DEED_HEADING}
Enter the deed designation to appear in its heading which should be either
"WARRANTY DEED" or "QUIT CLAIM DEED" depending on which type deed you are
preparing. Your response will be centered at the top of the document.
{CONSIDERATION}
This entry is usually 'Ten and 00/100' Dollars or some other arbitrary amount
less than the full consideration paid for the property.
{COUNTY_LOCATION}
Enter the County where the Property being Conveyed is located.
{GRANTEES_&_DESCRIPTN}
This entry should include all of the grantees of the property and their proper
descriptions such as 'John J. Brown and Mary Elizabeth Brown, husband and wife'
or it may simply list the names of a group of tenants in common.
{GRANTEE_&_DESCRIPTN}
This entry is for the name of an individual or corporate grantee. If a corp-
orate grantee it should be described as, 'an Oklahoma Corporation' etc.
{GRANTEE_HIS/HER/ITS}
Enter the appropriate pronoun for referring to an individual grantee. If the
grantee is a corporation you may wish to enter the phrase 'its successors,' to
refer to its 'successors, heirs and assigns' as being more appropriate than
the phrase 'its heirs and assigns'.
{GRANTORS_&_DESCRIPTN}
This entry must include all of the grantors of the property and their proper
descriptions. For example: 'John C. Doe and Mary Jane Doe, husband and wife',
'Mary Ellen Roe, a widow, and Bill A. Jones and Viola B Jones, husband and
wife', etc.
{GRANTOR_&_DESCRIPTN}
Enter the Name and Description of the Grantor. If an individual is single or
widowed that fact should be indicated. If a corporation indicate the State of
Incorporation.
{MORTGAGE_ASSUMPTION}
This entry is to be used to list any mortgages or other liens being assumed
by the grantee or grantees. The entry should begin ' EXCEPT a first mortgage
in favor of' etc. If there are no assumed mortgages or liens enter a Period.
{PROPERTY_DESCRIPTION}
This must be an accurate legal description of the Property being conveyed.
{STATE_LOCATION}
Enter the State where the Property being Conveyed is located.
